On Tuesday, December 1st, the Slovak-American Cultural Center, in partnership with Global Slovakia, explored the ancient roots of Advent and Christmas traditions in Slovakia. Dr. Gabriela Bereghazyova and Dr. Zuzana Palovic walked the virtual audience through an interactive journey reliving Christmas memories while exploring enchanting history, decoding captivating customs and discovering the Christmas traditions of our Slavic ancestors.
